Bishop Alan visited our school on Wednesday 3rd October 2018

The school received an honoured guest today.  Bishop Alan visited our school on Wednesday 3rd October 2018.

Our Infants 2 & 3 classes had been rehearsing hard to perform their Harvest Assembly to the Bishop.  The children performed their assembly with pride and excitement.  Their Harvest Artwork was to be admired and on display was a huge selection of food, drinks and toiletries, kindly donated by our generous parents and community.  A local women's refuge, Asiana, benefited from our donations.  Bishop Alan was then given the very important job of blessing and awarding some of the lucky children with their new badges of responsibility, including House Captains, Prefects, Eco Warriers and School Councillors.  A buffet lunch was enjoyed by Bishop Alan and all staff.  Our sincere thanks to Bishop Alan for a wonderful day.
